If you decide to cancel your order for a standard size mattress after it has already shipped, but before it is delivered, your refund will be issued minus round trip shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

 

Custom size mattresses, round mattress, Oversize mattresses, bed frames, and bedding cannot be canceled or returned after they are made. If CMF crafts your order in the wrong size, we will replace it free of charge with the correct size. If you provide the wrong measurements, CMF will not be liable for a free replacement.
